A little update on Sophie - she’s been doing much better since her bone-swallowing fright last Friday afternoon. This morning, she was off her food again, not interested - not a big deal, she’s like that once or twice a month for one meal. About 90 minutes later, she starts trying to vomit, an instant worry as she’s had nothing to eat. After a few minutes, she hacked this up, which I can only assume are partially digested fragments of the bone she swallowed (it was in one piece before I cleaned it). Not surprised it scraped her epiglottis on the way down! Hopefully that’s the worst of it done.
