Act 1:StoryBurns acquires the permits he needs to build a new Geriatric Park from Quimby and constructs the park. Burns invites the elderly to stay at the park, and they flock in to stay at the resort and see the dinosaurs. In spite of assurances that he would not be creating human-dinosaur hybrids, it turns out that of course he has in fact made a couple as part of his team’s research. The unexpectedly intelligent Grampasaurus frees himself and the other dinosaurs and leads them on a rampage of Springfield.
