I'm trying to figure out which ones are representing the Netherlands (they play in orange) and England (they play in white).

^^ yep, I am assuming the first one is the Dutch and the 4th one England? I can only assume they are showing the away kits, but why England or Holland would need to swap kits against their opponents is beyond me!

Cynical guess, England haven’t worn their red kit yet, *if* they get to the semis they are unlikely to wear it so perhaps sponsorship means they need to wear it?
