The Knockouts start straight after the Group stage, this is a Save-the-dates post . . . I'll post Group Results and the R16 teams next Friday. That Second Chance draw will happen - if needed - before the Quarter Finals start A1 = winners of Group A, A2 is the second placed Group A team etc.
