I’ve got it all back. Krustyland NPC’s are roaming around under the mountains and spawning tickets. To insert the road takes a bit, you have to “turn off” the top icon (the road/river) and then try to place Krusty road. It will let you.

Not sure, might try to extend it to the ravine. If I move either tunnel it spawns mountains. I guess I’ll try to force something in. Maybe a Krusty building.
