Little 10 year-old Abigail has developed dry eye syndrome in her right eye, which is an autoimmune condition. Luckily, I’ve caught it before any damage occurred to her sight. However, it’s likely she’ll need her eyes cleaning twice a day for the rest of her days plus £1,000 of eyedrop meds annually.
