Flipping nightmare! #flippingnightmare My bathroom has completely flooded. I've had to rip up all the lino and call an emergency plumber... at great expense of course. :grin:

#flippingnightmare... not sure yet but I think with the amount of water it must be the bath. Weirdly there seems to be another lot of lino under the boards which may have helped my kitchen ceiling not collapse which is on the floor under the bathroom.
