Trying to get my meter readings in ahead of the price cap hike tomorrow and all apps and website are down. No one answers the phone and the email doesn't work. How convenient for them :grin: *rolls eyes again*

Better give them detention

Take photos of your meter readings tonight or first thing in the morning as proof if you can’t send them in. If you have smart meters, you needn’t do anything.
