T’was The Night Before TOukmas!

TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE TOUKMAS Dec 24/2017

‘Twas the night before Christmas 

And all through TOuk

Not a creature was stirring

Not even justinmwat151! :grinning:

The stockings were hung 

In the shoutbox with care (along with a plate of bacon... and a nice cold beer :grinning:)

With the hopes that Broodyclaws

Soon would be there!

Nellypuk and Boss were nestled

All snug in their race car beds

While visions of brooms and mops

Danced in their heads...

And Big Phil in his tutu

And I in my pancake hat

Had just settled down 

To watch 74-o-vision!

When out on the lawn

There arose such a clatter 

We thought FeliciaFancy

Might be trying to set fire to something...

Away to the window 

Phil flew like a flash

He opened the window

And then fell out of it... Silly Phillypants! :grinning:

The moo-n on the breast 

Of the new fallen snow

Was perfect to make angels in...

So Kathy Fuchs, Rachael Langley, FeliciaFancy, Handsome Hank and I decided to do so! :grinning:

When what to our wondering

Eyes should appear 

But 74hands, Pimpy and 168Sean168

With bacon carrots and holiday cheer!

With alunited as their driver

Trying not to be sick... (from all the festive cheer - we know he was just pretending, tho :wink:)

On the presents being carried 

By maggiesmob and Nick Niblick!

Then rapidly I brought 

The crayon box out

We all went inside 

And drew art all about...

“Now make sure you make

The place pretty and arty...

That may disguise the fact

We are having a party!

On the shoutbox floor

On the shoutbox walls

Now draw away, draw away,

Draw away all!”

Said Nellypuk loudly,

Directing us all

We were all clearly

Having a ball!

Then the door bell rang

And we all stopped in our tracks

But we had nothing to worry -

It was only Joe Black! :grinning:

He was with enthomsem, Cube and Chewy,

BadBrad, Peter(Neoclassic70) and Lolambra -

Who suggested that we 

Should all dance the Lambada!

“No no!” said Boss,

“That dance isn’t right!

We should dance The Fancy

On this festive night!”

Then John O’Connell and debbie3142001

Entered with pizza

It was clear we were all

Going to have quite the feast-a!

Bringing some drinks

And Sam made an entrance -

And that made me think...

This party was lively...

But we needed more...

So I called shelfcleaner -

Oh, he knew what for! :grinning:

He brought what was needed,

Announced with a cough

“Here you are, Sue -

I brought Disco Golf!” :grinning:

But still something wasn’t right...

Something was amiss-a

Then it dawned on me -

We were missing Alissa! 

She brought us more snacks

To fill all our bellies

A big box of donuts -

Some of them topped with jellies! 

We felt chubby and plump

Like drunken elves

When we looked at each other

We laughed at ourselves!

Then the door flew open...

And we stood in awe!

She was finally here!

It was our Broodyclaws! :grinning:

She looked at her forum -

It was a huge mess

But it was Christmas Eve

So she did not stress!

She handed out presents

To all of her friends 

Something to satisfy 

All of our yens (I got bacon carrots! Yay!)

We sprung to our feet

And we all danced around 

And celebrated

This special place we had found!

Then Broodyclaws said

With her voice oh so bright 

“Merry Christmas to all!

And to all a good night!”
